  • Tap on your avatar in the bottom right hand corner to head into your User Settings and then scroll down to press on Voice & Video.

  • Check your input mode – Make sure you’re not accidentally on Push to Talk mode
  • Check your volume settings for your input and output mode
  • Try enabling and disabling the following settings to see if there’s a difference and is impacting your voice/audio
    • Auto Sensitivity
    • Noise Suppression
    • Echo Cancellation
    • Noise Reduction
    • Automatic Gain Control

For Android Users, try this step below too:

Try switching your Low Latency Hardware Acceleration mode between the three modes below:

  • Let my Operating System Decide
  • Force calls to use OpenSL ES
  • Force calls to not use OpenSL ES
