  • Sign out of Creative Cloud within the apps preferences.

  • Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app from the apps preferences.

  • Close the following processes in Activity Monitor (macOS)
  • Navigate to the following path: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/
