Situatie
In the Apps tab of the Creative Cloud desktop app, applications are not listed as installed or, they are listed as installed but are not located in the Start menu or the Application folder.
Solutie
Pasi de urmat
In the Creative Cloud desktop app, click Sign out from the Profile menu.
Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Navigate to the following location and rename opm.db to opm.db.old
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Relaunch Adobe Creative Cloud.
Sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app.
The applications are now listed as installed in the Apps panel of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
