When the computer is in domain and we want to print something but it won’t start, we need to do the next troubleshoot:

We go to the Adobe Reader DC

2.) Preferences

3.) Security ( Enhanced )

4.) Send Box Protection we have a mark on: Enable Protected mode at startup (Preview)

5.) We take the mark of the : Enable Protected Mode ar startup (Preview)

6.) In some cases you need to restart the computer after.
