Cei mai mulţi antiviruşi ignoră toolbar-urile şi aplicaţiile adware agresive precum Ask Toolbar sau Conduit SearchProtect. Filozofia din spate fiind probabil că, dintr-un punct de vedere, v-aţi dat acordul pentru a le avea instalate, motiv pentru care au tot dreptul să rămână pe sistem.
