This error is mainly caused by two reasons: the disk has failed; the storage controller on your mainboard is corrupted.

Press Win + R to open the Run window. Type cmd in the text box and hit Enter to open Command Prompt.

open Hardware and Device troubleshoot

Click Next to start the troubleshooting process.
