Open the registry editor, right click on the Start icon, select Run type in “regedit” and click Ok.

Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent by using the side panel.

Edit the “DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures” DWORD registry key (set it to 0).

Restart the computer.
