Maybe we want to keep our files hidden on our Ubuntu-running Server.

Backup

Always have a backup of your files on an external HDD.

Solutie

Pasi de urmat
  • Firstly, we right-click on our picture and properties.

  • A dialog box will appear, and we need to locate the file name and .extension

  • Next, we just simply move the ” . ” (dot) in the front and that is it, our file is now hidden.(after we close the dialog box)
