If you use OneDrive to sync your data, you might notice an “On this Day” memories notification or email periodically. If you find this annoying, you can turn the feature off.

Solutie

To stop OneDrive memories email notifications using the website:

  1. Open OneDrive (web)
  2. Click the Settings (gear) menu and click on Options
  3. Click on Notifications from the left navigation pane
  4. Clear the “On this day memories are available” option
  5. Click the Save button.

To disable “On this day” memories in OneDrive app from Windows, use these steps:

  1. Click the System Tray OneDrive icon and click on Help & Settings.
  2. Choose the Settings option.
  3. Click on Notifications from the left navigation pane.
  4. Turn off the “Notify me when “On this day” memories are available” toggle switch.

After you complete the steps, OneDrive will stop sending email notifications with past memories.
