A lot of users has reported that the thumbnails are not showing up in File Explorer.
Solutie
Pasi de urmat
Search for Advanced system settings in the Windows search bar and then open it.
Now go to Advanced tab, and select the first Settings button under Performance menu.
Make sure that you check Save taskbar thumbnail previews and then Show thumbnails instead of icons option below it.
Click Apply and then OK.
