  • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

4. Check Printer Connection in Windows:

  • Go to “Devices” -> “Printers & scanners.”
  • Select your printer and click “Manage.”
  • Ensure that the printer status is “Ready.”

5. Run Windows Printer Troubleshooter:

  • Press Win + I to open Settings.

6. Update Printer Drivers:
