Situatie

This article describes possible issues with login to domain portals, locking password or even O365 prompts for password.

Solutie

When password is continuously locked, or access to web portals blocked, O365 asks for credentials check:

– settings of internet connection (proxy) on user’s mobile phone. Old password may be there

– if user is not connected remotely to other PC with old credentials

– if user has credentials recorded in Windows Credential Manager -> delete them. See details below

Windows Credential Manager allows users to save logins / passwords to systems. Sometimes the data become obsolete and can lead to accounts locked. You can try deleting those stored credentials there:
